Government system leads

The Public Service Commissioner appoints system leads to develop and improve specific subject areas of government.

System leads by area

There are 7 system leads across the public service in New Zealand appointed under the Public Service Act 2020:

  • Data Lead
  • Digital Lead
  • Information Security Lead
  • Procurement Lead
  • Property Lead
  • Regional Lead
  • Service Transformation Lead.
