Refresh of the action plan
The action plan for the Strategy for a Digital Public Service is being refreshed — the Digital Public Service branch is working with stakeholders to carry out this work.
Work to begin — May 2022
The current action plan is called a programme of work.
This will be reviewed to create a refreshed action plan — setting out the priorities for the public service’s digital transformation for the next 3 years.
Approach to refreshing the action plan
The action plan’s refresh will have phases for:
- discovery — to understand the expectations of stakeholders and their intentions for digital transformation
- testing — using an early draft of the refreshed action plan with stakeholders
- iteration — improve on the early draft of the refreshed action plan with stakeholders.
