Struan Rickman is a Service Design Consultant in the Government Chief Digital Office (GCDO) at Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design and an Master of Science in Management and Innovation.
He is passionate about making government services easier to use though the application of user-centered design and his work developing the Digital Service Design Standard.
