Paul James is the Secretary for Internal Affairs and holds the role of Government Chief Digital Officer (GCDO). As GCDO, he is responsible for digital leadership across the public service. Paul has extensive experience in strategic policy development, leading change, and working collaboratively and effectively across government and communities.
