Online engagement: you’ve heard the term right? But what is it exactly and what should you be doing?

If you have questions, take a look at the NZ Online Engagement Community where people share and contribute knowledge, experience and resources related to stakeholder engagement and create guidance for best practice online engagement.

Who's it for?

This community of practice has been designed for:

1. public sector employees with a role in stakeholder engagement processes
2. people from non-government organisations who want to improve government’s stakeholder engagement
3. researchers with an interest in the use of social media and best practice.

How to join

It's a members-only space but if you are interested in joining over 400 others to learn more about engagement, email the administrators to request an account and include the following information:
